    @Chris @vreihen

Haha, that was exactly the issue. I just had myself registered to try it out. Works fine now with more than 1 person registered.

@Chris Unrelated issue to importing registrations but relevant to the crashing issue. I was trying to update some old results by resyncing to RM Live and it kept crashing.

I'm using the class field for PAX factors because that what seemed to work with AXti.me. It takes the "class" assigner on MSR and translates it into the "class" field in AXti.me which in AXti.me means the PAX factors. Right?

And I thought AXti.me doesn't read anything from MSR for the PAX Class?

In MSR there are 3 classing related assigners that you can choose from: PAX Modifier, Class, and Group. I haven't been using the PAX Modifier assigner as I thought it doesn't work with AXti.me. The Class assigner translates into the Class field in AXti.me (what I've been using). The Group assigner doesn't seem to translate into anything in AXti.me. I've been assigning the PAX classes manually on AXti.me when checking in the drivers.

I'll use whatever fields work with AXti.me

Locally we utilize a system in which we group the different PAX modifiers under different trophy divisions. So for example competitors with Street PAX modifiers such as H Street compete under the Street Division. I think what we call a "division" is called a "PAX Class" in AXti.me.

Anyway, in MSR the way I have it set up is that each driver picks a class such as H Street and then a group (Street in this example) is automatically assigned to them based on class to group mappings predefined in MSR.

This how I want the information to translate from MSR to AXti.me:
Class in MSR: H Street ------------> Class in AXti.me: H Street - This currently works fine through importing from MSR

Group in MSR: Street -------------> PAX Class in AXti.me: Street - This doesn't work as I believe AXti.me does't utilize the group field in MSR for anything

Right now what I`m doing to handle this is to import all the registration info in the event on AXti.me and then manually assign each driver to a PAX Class based on the Class imported into AXti.me from MSR.

Although, it`s not a big deal to do manually, but I would rather to fully automate it if possible, meaning I want AXti.me to recognize that the groups are PAX classes. Is there a way to do that?

Update: I think the events DO need to be public for importing to work. I guess when I tested this last time I didn't wait long enough for MSR servers to update before reverting the events back to private. It works fine now.

I'm not sure what you meant by future events. Anyway, I set the events in both ,MSR and AXti.me to the same date in the future and I still get the error. I tried setting both to today's date. Still, no dice,

I can't seem to import event registrations from MSR. I can do it using a CSV but not the import from MSR feature. I'm not sure what's causing it as I can import the member database in AXti.me from MSR fine. This should mean that my organization ID and credentials are correct.

The error I get is "MSR returned no events. Are your sure you have the right organization ID?"

Currently the events under MSR are set to private, could that be an issue? I doubt that it is as I tried setting them to public and I still got the error but I'm not sure if MSR's servers take a while to update that.

Hello Chris and fellow AXti.me users,

My name is Mohamed and I'm with the Winnipeg Sports Car Club from Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Thought I would make an introduction on the forum.

This is going to be our first season using AXti.me. We've been using AXWare for years and we are definitely excited for some change. We're also converting to MSR for registration this year. We've used a website developed by a member in previous seasons for registration that is no longer available.

So we're dealing with a lot of changes this season and I'll definitely have some questions and can possibly provide answers as we familiarize ourselves with the new system.

Looking forward to learning and sharing knowledge about AXti.me.

P.S. Really excited for RM Live. We hope to utilize it this season.
