Hi everyone,
Well, 2016 was a difficult year for me. The good was my startup has been blossoming ($17 million seed round), the bad... first, my startup took way longer and way more time, secondly and more importantly, my family have been having to handle a serious family health issue which has been ongoing for months.
This has left me with no time for anything, not even time-off or vacations. But, life is settling finally.
I really want to thank everyone for your support and patience. Things will get back on track in 2017 and I'll be responsive now with email and forums.
I've always prided myself on customer service and I know I've failed you all the last many months. You didn't deserve it. Again, much appreciation to you all.
