So we've completed our first two events with Axti.me RM.
Learning a lot, but also wanting some suggestions from everybody here.
Maybe we're weird, but we run live audits. That means that when we're running cars, we're also auditing. This has a couple side effects which are odd.
- Every time a car finishes the 'All Runs' screen jumps
- Every time you fix a problem that run 'Finishes' according to announce. Maybe this is only when you change out a driver?
There's no way to find a time that was recorded and assign a driver to it. So if I miss a driver before they finish, now suddenly they need to be entered manually.
There's no way to shift the entire queue of drivers against runs if there's an 'Off by one' error while queuing. Though, this is probably not a big deal if the CQ is doing a good job.
I haven't found a way to sort registrants by class so I can roll up our too-small classes at the beginning of the day, I have to wait till everybody has some runs so I can use the results.
Printing registrants at the beginning of the day to ensure numbers and classes are correct before the event starts? I can't seem to find a good way to do this.
Does anybody else have these issues and how do you deal with them?
